Meetings & Events

At Waterstone, we have a different perspective on meetings. We believe they are for you, not us! While we try to offer numerous opportunities for our associates to gather, only one, our Annual Compliance Meeting, is mandatory. Waterstone events vary from the purely educational to the much more social. For example:

Annual Leaders Conference
This is where our top producers gather to celebrate their success. The four day event offers half-day business meetings, but the emphasis is on enjoying each others’ company with numerous recreational outings and social events. In 2008, the conference will be held in Washington, DC.

Educational Meetings
Spend a morning with some of the top professionals in the industry. Content emphasizes education and business development. Each quarterly meeting offers 3 hours of Continuing Education for CFP® and CPA.


Social Events
A great opportunity to network and relax with your peers. These events help maintain the personal relationships that are so important to us all. Many of the gatherings are preceded by product fairs featuring top vendors. Past events include our Holiday Cocktail Party, the Waterstone BBQ Bash, outings to local sporting events, golf and philanthropic events.


Annual Compliance Meeting
Our only mandatory meeting. This half day event focuses almost exclusively on compliance issues. Short, to the point and painless. CE is also offered.


Continuing Education
In addition to our on-line service, Waterstone University, our year-end CE Retreat, is a great way to connect with friends, have some fun and take care of all of your continuing education needs (15-30 credits).
